Trevor had a successful career as a Building Surveyor and Estates/Facilities Management professional (within both the private and public sectors) prior to returning, in 1997, to consultancy work and establishing this professional practice - as a Chartered Builder, Chartered Building Surveyor and Historic Buildings Consultant. He has more than thirty years experience, working within the industry.
He collaborates closely, with, a number of extremely well qualified and experienced independent Associates, who, collectively, are able to provide specialist support and expertise, on more complex projects – especially where a holistic, project team approach is necessary. Examples include: Measured Land and Building Surveys, evaluation for repair, of stone masonry structures; Environmental Services and Energy Audits. etc.
First-class Administrative support and Practice Management, is provided by his wife - Jeannette Francis.
